Doc came in, reviewed my chart, took my blood pressure again. Doc face wrinkled, asked me: "Mr. Forestaken, your blood pressure has improved greatly, what changes have you made in your life?" Congratulations on the improved health and freedom. Your post reminded me that the decision to let go of the pain is all on us. Life has its normal ups & downs but I no longer walk on eggshells or suffer constant turmoil.
