Title: cognitive restructuring works Post by: rarsweet on July 12, 2015, 10:04:34 PM I have to write an essay on a personal metamorphosis for a class at school. My story has ex in it, even though unnamed. We have to share our essay with the class. My first thought was oh no it'll get back to him, he'll flip, he'll sue me, etc. I live in a small town. My next thought was the first thought is ridiculous. My paper is great, I'm submitting it. Wow I feel good.
