Title: Article on detachment
Post by: cloudten on July 15, 2015, 09:33:59 PM
I read this article and kinda liked it for myself... .currently end of day 2 of NC and detachment from the r/s.

I like sharing things that help me. I thought this was a good list... .be kind to yourself and your healing.

I liked this article. It's simple and straight forward and affirms some of the things I'm already doing and gives permission for some of the things I thought I shouldn't be doing (like distracting myself).
