I know not all states work the same way, but it is still so hard to believe we are even still having this fight. It should be a no-brainer that a parent is more than just a deep pocket for CS.

I wish there was a way for courts to measure whether a case is determined high-conflict, and go to a different algorithm. Something similar to what Eddy proposes.

So not for all divorces with kids involved, only those that appear to have a higher load of conflict and expense.
