Hello crazyhouse101,

I'm glad you found us!

*welcome*

You told a lot in few words. There are many members here who have struggled similarly with their children who can support you. Has she been diagnosed with BPD (or has it been suggested)? Substance abuse or other self-harm issues?

To start, I invite you to take a look at the Family Connections links in the right-hand sidebar of the board. There is a lot of information to chew on which can help you understand her, and help you communicate in ways which can help reduce conflict.

When you say "hits" are you speaking metaphorically, or is she physically violent?
