Title: Is anybody else having self-love/self-acceptance issues? Post by: MrTardyPresent on July 26, 2015, 08:43:09 PM Let me know below and you can add an anecdote if you want to. I don't want to talk about myself and my BPDex anymore. There's nothing left to say. I've finally came to grips with everything after 4 months. I want to help others and hear other people's stories/feelings.

Post by: Lucky Jim on July 31, 2015, 02:41:06 PM Hey MTP, I think that, almost by definition, you have to have issues with self-love and acceptance in order to be in a r/s with a pwBPD. Otherwise, why would you put up with all the rage and abuse? Self-love is harder than it sounds, though. My goal is to love and accept myself enough that I will never again allow myself to be the object of someone else's abuse. My days of being treated like a doormat are over!
