Has anyone ever experienced the push pull but attributed it more to another person such as an ex partner?

i am not completely sure if im in that situation nw or not but there is an ex that she is still very friends with and alot of push pull recenttly she got angry at me and left and was walking around town with him

When it comes to push/pull, I would suggest that the triangulation is just the tool, not the cause.

And it's quite an effective tool, too, isn't it?
