Title: I hope someone can understand
Post by: Adam_Michael on August 07, 2015, 01:54:34 AM
I've been married now for two years and I have recently come to the conclusion that my wife suffers from this disorder... I can't connect with her meaningfully and it's tearing me apart. I don't want to make this about me but I don't know what to do... .I've had very loving relationships and this one just isn't fulfilling for me... How do I get through to her? How do I cope with my own despair? What can I do?

Welcome to the family adam,

Like married21years said, take care of yourself above all else. It is easy to fall into a trap where you think you can sacrifice your happiness for someone else's.
