Title: confused Post by: jq46810 on September 10, 2015, 01:52:50 AM My ex partner left me 3 weeks ago but continues to call and msg me daily blaming me for horrible things most of which have been exaggerated in her mind. This is the 4th time she has done this tome but each time noticibly worse. This time started with an argument which excalated and resulted in her leaving the country. Can anybody help me process

Her sudden departure can't be easy on you. You're left feeling dazed asking yourself "what just happend?". I'm don't know your back story-do you feel that she is BPD? I would encourage you to read up on BPD behavior(there are lessons to the right>> of this page) as much as you possibly can. This will help you understand the nature of the disorder. Do you have family/friends that reside near you? Have you heard from her since she left? My hope is that you find strength here. Post your thoughts/feelings/questions. We all came here looking for answers and got much more than we had bargained for. |
