Title: he has sexually harassed three of his co-workers
Post by: Creativum on October 16, 2015, 03:30:45 AM
So my BPD ex has absolutely lost his mind since we went no contact. He's about to be fired from his job, if not have charges filed against him.  Here's what he did:

This week alone, he has sexually harassed three of his co-workers, two in one day:

Incident 1:  Says to an 18-year old coworker who goes to the gym "Oh, hey, yeah I go to the gym, too [LIE], let me show you these new supplements" and shows him a photo of his penis on his phone.

Incident 2:  Follows a coworker to the restroom (which he's done a number of times in the past), stands next to him and asks if he's gay, to which the coworker responds "No, and I never will be." His response? "The cute ones are always straight."

Incident 3:  Follows yet another coworker to the restroom, and when that coworker comes out of the stall, my ex is standing there with his pants around his knees about five feet back from the urinal SMILING at the guy.

Keep in mind he cheated on me in the restroom where he works already, once that he admits to, but who knows how many other times. He also confessed to masturbating in there a lot after becoming hyperfocused on a customer or coworker.  And I found out he tried to seduce his 17-year old cousin and successfully seduced his stepbrother.  It really  is just too much.

Sex: his way of cutting, I'd say.

Wow.  That is insane.  Shortly after I met my ex he was being investigated for sexual harassment at work too.  I don't know the details as sadly, I believed his story that he was being targeted for some unknown reason for false charges.  He didn't lose his job but he had to hire a lawyer and ended up losing his case and having to pay restitution to the woman.  I look back and can't believe I just blanket believed his story of it coming from someone who didn't like him.

Yes. He had two jobs when I met him, and the other job eventually fell through (he didn't want to go back) because he said his coworkers had used words like "fa*got" and "c*cks*cker" around him and made him feel unsafe.  But then he also said that one of the coworkers was obviously trying to turn him on by rolling up his shorts and sleeves (it was a warehouse).  I thought ... .No ... .He was just hot, it was July, and the place isn't air conditioned.  Looking back, I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to why he never wanted to go back there again.
