My BPD NPD soon to be ex managed to convince a high court judge that she should be awarfed 90% of my nett salary in maintenance. It's a testament to how convincing a person with BPD can be. Especially if thete's a mix of N in there. On appeal a Magistrate said "Mrs Moselle, what good do you think you are doing for your children to have Mr Moselle destitute and on the street?. I find your claims to be unreasonable. Go away and make Mr Harries a reasonable offer or I will make a judgement in this case" She offered 24% of nett salary, and I acceptedâș We went back to the judge to have it signed off and she said "Mrs Harries, that's more like it" |
