Both times the triggers were work related stress IMO. She couldn't afford to ditch the job - so I was the emotional makeweight that got tossed overboard to 'lighten the load'. her birthday was in October and I was damned, couldn't do anything right for her, the cake the present, the party planned... etc... .thus triggering the holidays that followed ... .I was doomed to fail. What a New Year that was. :'( I was out of the country at the time. The recycle began on the day I got back (in March) and we continued as a pseudo-couple that none of his friends were allowed to know about until 15th April 2015, when he told me he'd got together with his flatmate.

This winter it hasn't happened I was waiting for it aswell lol but it must finally be "it" now.
