I always fall into the trap again. Just now she said it is useless to talk to me or be with me.

Every other day one sentence can trigger her:

":)un keep giving me water I wanna pee"

Her reply: I didn't keep giving u water, why u scold me? U r in bad temper and violent and I cannot be with u

"Every month I used to pay $6 bucks more for the mobile data"

Her reply: u irritate me, and we have different concept in money usage and we should not be together.

"We dun have time to take the photo as I need to leave in like 15 mins"

Her reply: it is more than 15 mins and u are lying.

Every time she said something weird, and suddenly she would hug me and nothing happens and the other day is like that again.

Now she is refusing to go to see the CP, as she dunno what to talk to the CP as she would said my gf is wrong.

Everytime I heard of that, to be honest, I have developed kinda severe trauma reaction right now, and even doctor has prescribed me Xanax for my emergency use, it is no use to me anymore.

Just tonight, she said I am useless and need to distant me again. I really dunno what to do.

Take a deep breath, practice your  SET and radical acceptance, and work on yourself so you can figure out why you either need to be in or out of this relationship. It's very difficult for all of us to maintain our composure in these situations and you have my deepest sympathy.
