Hi Jackson88,

What do you mean that she gets physical, shoving, hitting, throwing things? What do you think triggers this, orvisvit hard to tell?

Seeing that you are on the staying board, how can you maintain your relationship with your GF along with not having to walk on egg shells?

Hi Jackson88,

I'm sorry you are going through this. It's so hard to tip-toe around not getting punched or slapped for... .well, any reason whatsoever. Do you feel safe?

It's good to have a plan in place as a way to keep yourself that way. DV, especially against men, can turn on you quickly. We've seen in happen here, and you certainly should need to feel afraid. A safety plan is good to have. Reading through this pamphlet may help:

Safety First (https://bpdfamily.com/pdfs/safety_first.pdf)

We also have a discussion here on domestic violence against men, where you can see that you are not alone:

What's your immediate, most pressing concern right now?
