Losing contact with someone who is long-distance can be hard. Has this happened before? I was reading through your past posts, and it sounds like not responding to someone when they try to contact you is something you've struggled with, too? Do you think your boyfriend might be doing the same thing for the same reasons? I'm not familiar with the diagnosis you were given though if it is similar to BPD and you experience a lot of conflict in your relationships, there is a really good book by Alan Fruzette called The High Conflict Couple (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=73976.msg723764#msg723764). It's helpful whether you've been diagnosed or not. It's tough when you can't even reach the person. Has he tried to reach you at all that you know of? |
