Hi Robydobs,

I just wanted to say hi and welcome you.  :)

It's not easy having a child with mental illness. How are you holding up?

Are you doing ok? How is the DBT therapy and group therapy working for your daughter?

Hi Robydobs!

Welcome to the Parenting Board.

Are you learning DBT too?  It can help tremendously when we live in the chaos and extreme environment that our kids create.  There are many books, workbooks, and even online DBT that you can utilize.  This site has articles, videos, and workshops on DBT as well.
