Title: 4 months post breakup/ 2 months no contact (progress)
Post by: HumbleHeart on January 09, 2016, 08:11:35 PM
September 20th, the day I lost my world. The first couple months pb were torture but I managed to get to a place where I could be grateful for all that I have. But lately I can't seem to get her off my mind, even in dreams. Last I heard about her she was with a new guy shortly and currently partying her life away and I know she's done for good. I'm just venting guys but any advice or people to relate to is welcomed. I'm just confused

I feel your pain. I'm coming up on 2 months NC. I understand the confusion.

It's good to focus on what you are grateful for. And that you are worthy of having your needs met in a relationship.

I've also found guided meditation to be very useful for me to help with the loneliness I have felt.

My dreams have been all over the place as well. Really strange and troubling ones.
