I am so sorry Eyeamme.  BPD causes so much pain for families.  Just know that we understand.

That's tough indeed

Acceptance is hard enough as it is and on days such as this it's particularly hard.

How are you feeling today Eyeamme?

Sorry for your pain.  I have found that mindfulness is helpful -- sometimes it is the only way to stop my own cycle of reactions, remorse, doubt, and self-judgment.  Have you read any Pema Chodron?

Pema Chodron's book "When Things Fall Apart" is a good one to start. Her teachings have helped me through some rocky times, but they're not for everyone.  I hope you find reliable sources of comfort and perspective.
