Just found this site, very glad.  Been married to him for 13 1/2 years. I have a counselor, looking forward to the discussions here.

Hello K3,

Let me be one of the first to welcome you to the group     I'm glad you found the site ... .I would encourage you to read the information at the top of the page and the many references to the right of the page -------->> >> >> >

You already have a counselor / therapist which is a good step in trying to understand your thoughts, feelings, & emotions. The site is anonymous so share what you would like to knowing that no one here will judge you.     We have been or are where you are and can share our experiences and what has or hasn't worked for us in on our own journey of self discovery & learning about the difficulties of someone who has BPD.  We can't walk your journey for you, but when you stumble and you will stumble ... .someone here will be there to hold out a hand, pick you up, dust you off and then it's up to YOU to decided what to do next. YOU can go down the path your currently on ... .YOU can choose the path to the right to see where that leads too ... .or YOU can sit back down where you're at and do nothing. The choice has always been and will always be YOURS to make!

When you're ready can you share some more detail about your situation ... .is your s/o been diagnosed with BPD? How long have you known? What questions are you wanting to ask? Do you have kids that BPD affects?  What are your thoughts, feelings about BPD?

Welcome to the group K3
