1 Sleep in 2 Take a nice long whirlpool bath 3 Go shopping and find a favorite perfume 4 Go to dinner with my daughter 5 Take a pointless drive All of these things were totally unacceptable toy ex. Today, I will: 1. Celebrate my son's birthday (and focus on him, not my woes!) 2. Work out 3. Finish work project that's been hanging over my head. 4. Meditate 5. Go for a walk 6. Think about me and what I want vs. pwBPD (and what he is doing/thinking/feeling/wanting), and push away delusions that this could ever work out.
