Title: Focus on you challenge 2

Here's to focusing on us! What are 5 things you are going to do today that are going to focus on you, and advance your goals:

1) Have a drink with a friend

2) Grade at least 10 papers

3) Jump rope on the trampoline

4) sign up for piano lessons

5) pull out my materials for my book-- start to organizing them.

6) teach my mom how to play Euchre

1.  Scheduled my first therapy session. (I'm very proud of this one!)  :)

2.  Finished a project at work.

3.  Scheduled lunch with my son tomorrow.

4.  Will walk to the reservoir to take in the beautiful view.

5.  Will read a book.

1 Sleep in

2 Take a nice long whirlpool bath

3 Go shopping and find a favorite perfume

4 Go to dinner with my daughter

5 Take a pointless drive

All of these things were totally unacceptable toy ex. It drove him insane when I did things for me and only me.

Teereese: I love pointless drives!

Today, I will:

1. Celebrate my son's birthday (and focus on him, not my woes!)

2. Work out

3. Finish work project that's been hanging over my head.

4. Meditate

5. Go for a walk

6. Think about me and what I want vs. pwBPD (and what he is doing/thinking/feeling/wanting), and push away delusions that this could ever work out.

Hi gang!

Today:

1. Go play tennis

2. Finish my grading at last!

3. Read a chapter in a novel with my mom

4. get to bed early

5. Meditate

6. Work for a bit on my paper

1) Organize my office

2) finish all of the laundry

3) Organize my work week and set minimum of 2 appointments

4) Focus on my children

Today:

1.  Read a chapter of "Stop Caretaking the Borderline"

2.  Exercised

3.  Danced with my little buddies

4.  Made a pot of chicken soup just because I wanted it   

5.  Will write in my journal tonight
