Well, my lawyer let me know that she has filed the adultery papers on him with the courts. He has finally realized that we will not be getting divorced in April, due to his making a payment to her so late. We will not be getting divorced until June now. He is really not happy about this I am sure... .I suppose he wanted to be divorced by the time the baby comes in May. For all I know they wanted to get married before then or maybe in June when his parents come to visit. It won't be happening. I wonder what he is telling her? He asked my lawyer if he needs to appear in court. She did not respond. He asked why we would not be divorced in April as he was promised. She reminded him that it was up to him and when he made a payment to her for the divorce. She also reminded him that she can always put it in the paperwork that their were two women he cheated on me with not one! She wrote him a letter and stated it so well... .I laughed actually. She is good! She reminded him that he is still married and he is still committing adultery! Awful. How embarrassing for me to have to go to court and have the people hear my story... .I guess he doesn't want to face me. Not sure. He knows I was copied on the e-mails, so he has not responded to me. I suppose he is really angry. Oh well... .I will be surprised if he even wants to get married again after all of this drama and costs of a divorce! I think he will be stupid enough to do it. Weird thing I noticed. The pregnant gf finally made her Facebook private, but she has a new picture of the two of them shopping in the mall in the plus department of a women closing store! He now is posting old pictures of them from when they first met. When he did that with me... .posted old pictures of us, I asked why? He said he wanted to remember a time back when we were happy! I have a feeling the same thing is happening here. I am sure things are not really pleasant around their home... .Too bad ; )
