Title: I'm free to be a vegetarian Post by: ropend on March 23, 2016, 06:01:07 AM My poor mad sister and her sporadic hate of family members who ate meat is gone for good.
If I want to I can even become a vegan and not fear I'm somehow validating her. Does anyone else have problems like this? They believed that I was religious despite the fact that I married a non-Christian, and had not gone to church in years. Since I went no contact I finally feel that I can exist and just be without having to always be on the defense.

Control is often a big issues with a BPD family. Control issues often manifest in eating disorders. My sis has one and is also vegetarian. Personally I only eat things that fall naturally from trees, like squirrels. :)
