Title: Another excellent video in understanding you pwBPD Post by: Bpdsupporter on April 02, 2016, 02:43:21 PM Im posting alot of videos because the more you are educated about BPD the more you can began to have a better relationship with your partner. Education is essential.
This video really helped me understand how many different emotions someone with BPD can go through in just one conversation. It's very insightful. Take some notes and the next interaction you have with your partner try and see if you can identify some of these patterns. Hope this is helpful!
