Title: severe depression and BPD Post by: byfaith on April 12, 2016, 02:45:35 PM just needing some feedback on what you see from your pwBPD and depression. My wife (uBPD) deals with severe depression. It's going on week two. Had a one day "break" from it now it's bearing down again.

depression can be very consuming for those suffering, and for loved ones. can you elaborate on how it is effecting you? you say you had a one day break - are you able to practice self care and get time to yourself? |
