Title: Divorce Lawyers in Miami?
Post by: Duck_Borders on May 07, 2016, 09:38:41 PM
Hey Guys,

Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Miami?  I'm getting frustrated with my current representation.  I've become friends with a few of their other Male clients and we all seem to be in the same boat.  We all appear to be stable, hard working, excellent Fathers, who made mistakes with explosive uPD.  The challenge we're facing is the uPD Mom's are somewhat "high functioning"... .  none of them have jobs or really contribute to society, but they keep it together enough not to get busted for a DUI etc.  And based on the stories I've heard now the courts seem to be very very favoured towards mom.

I'm wondering if switching lawyers might yield better results or if I'm just throwing good money after bad?  There seems to be a point where we have to just walk away from our kids or go completely broke... .

I'm gonna send you a PM... .

My DH first hired a run of the mill, seemed like a decent attorney... .She spent his entire retainer and DH still didn't have even a temp CO. Then the lady went on maternity leave. Nothing had improved and he had no one to help him legally. We were furious.

We then looked online and found a more expensive but more experienced L. He has done a lot more work (spent a lot more money) but we've gotten good results so far.

We found him by googling things like "parental alienation" and "high conflict". We walked in and said "We suspect uBPDbm has BPD" and he listed all the traits that a person with BPD would have (not just the DSM-IV list of traits... .like how it appears in real life). We were impressed.
