Hi Fred Bomb,

*welcome*

There are tools that you will find in the lessons to the right side of the board. A pwBPD have low self esteem, low self worth, are hypercritical with themselves and others and need a lot of validation.

I'm glad that you decided to join. You will find many members here that can relate with you and can offer guidance and support. Can you give us a little back-story on your relationship and how you got here? How long have you been with your partner? Do you have kids? It helps to talk.

i met my wife 18 years ago.  Things were great until i fell off of the pedestal. After that it was touch and go.  We got pregnant and that is when i knew We would have to get married.  i knew that She would end up leaving during one of Her spells.  We now have 3 kids, and most of the time is good.  i worry for the children.  i try to be there for them as much as possible, and keep them out of Her way when She is spiraling down. i Love and support my wife however i can.  She is an artist of sorts.
