Title: Our Mindset more than anything, determines our rate of recovery
Post by: Moselle on June 26, 2016, 12:54:22 PM
We are not alone,

We are not the shell of a person we once were,

We are not defined by the Borderline who is/was a destructive influence in our lives.

And it starts as a thought and an attitude about taking ownership of our life and making it so.

We can find happiness and love,

We can grow,

We can recover from the damage,

We deserve it, and we can choose freedom every day

Nice reframes Moselle!  A directed mind is the key to everything; it's our heaven or our hell, if we say so.

If I may, we can even take reframes a step further:

We can create happiness and love.

We are growing.

We can recover from the damage.  The learning experience was a gift we are benefitting from and will end up grateful for.

We deserve it, and we can choose freedom every day.   |iiii

I like that. It comes out in the way we phrase things too. Thanks fhth. I'm learning |iiii

I can definitely say that I'm grateful for it. As painful as it is
