Title: housing Post by: need a break on July 04, 2016, 01:48:29 PM Does anyone know how to get information on some kind of low cost or free housing for my 28 year old daughter who is BPD, Bi polar, drug addict?
She has no money and can not stay with her dad or myself due to her not following the rules. I do not want her to be on the streets but it seems like it may come to that. I am in Los Angeles CA zip code 91306 Any help would be appreciated. The state has given no help at all. Either get help or be homeless? I cant seem to find anything under $1,000 a month. Do you have any websites or referrals? She is on SSDI and they have been useless. Seems like the government doesn't care. I am on the verge of not caring, how are the mentally ill suppose to navigate through all this red tape? |
