Title: Documents and Lies... Post by: Herodias on July 06, 2016, 05:18:37 PM I just went through 426 pages of employee records from my exes previous employer. It is so strange, because there is no record of him being written up for his affair with the gf, even though his boss told me he saw it in there! Also, there is no record of the demotion he is claiming. Only that he quit in April. The store claims they do not want to comply with the request and that some of the records may no longer be available. How can this be? I guess they think they are helping him, but in the end... it looks like it just shows he quit. Not good... .for him anyway- it only helps me. I just wonder what the truth is... .if he has to prove he was demoted, then where is the record? Horrible when you can't believe anything... .There was a really bad write up in Jan. though, so who knows... .
