Also try to listen to some stuff that cheers you up. I'm big on listening to sad songs after a break up, but I should probably to the exact opposite: listen to a bunch of happy, upbeat songs.

Yeah sometimes it's hard to use your own words to express emotions. This helped me. But yes trying not to listen to them unless I am wanting to let myself feel that.
