He's a totally new person, I don't know if it's cause the lovey dovey actions are gone or he was just completely nervous visiting our child. Whatever it is In my head I was like (who are you?) in seeing a stranger trying to be your friend kind a way. Detached. As he plays with our son, I couldn't help thinking how I felt I had a stranger in my house. If I had to describe it, it would be like the very first time you meet someone, but in your house. A sales rep that went of topic. I couldn't believe he was once someone I missed dearly. Someone I wanted everything with (even if we didn't fall In love we have/had great potential to be great friends) and now strangers with only a kid in common. Hey, yeah it is sad, but I guess that's how it's suppose to be. No nothing legal, although I do have a plan for every possible situation if things get out of hand. For now he understands that he isn't well and trusts that I'm making good decisions benefitting our child. I have talked to lawyers and got a lot of good advice for my situation. But yes most likely sometime in the near future I will have to set up something legal. When he visit that was the first time in 3.5 months. He (his dad) acted like we never been a couple. Just friends. At the same time he simply seemed like a stranger. Freaked out when the baby cried and thanked me for being a good mom and just walked out/went home. |
