Title: Criminal Charges Dismissed... Post by: Herodias on July 16, 2016, 01:05:08 PM Just found out my ex just paid a fine and had his felony dismissed yesterday. All this since Jan. 2015, he got caught with someones prescription drugs. Probably stolen from the woman he called "the stalker", lol Her name in his phone was "Bad Kitty" ... .he was texting her that evening before he went out... .we were living together still, but separated. Mind you, this is not the woman I caught in my bed on Xmas... .that was yet another one! I saw all of his jibberish he was texting from over his shoulder. He was out of his mind on drugs. That was the night he was acting crazy and driving all over the place so irrationally. They got him on intent to distribute in a school zone. Should have been a DUI. It's amazing he gets out of all of this stuff! In the past if he had a pending charge he would be on good behavior until it was dismissed... .makes me wonder if all hell will break loose now... .thank goodness I don't have to deal with it! Still curious all the same... .I kept thinking this is what was helping him not have any "incidents" since he has been away from me. Of course it was all MY fault he had any "incidents" you know ; )

Post by: StayStrongNow on July 16, 2016, 08:46:13 PM Of course it was your fault just like it was my fault my stbxBPDw was arrested 3 times on 7 charges including domestic violence twice, public intoxication twice, child endangerment (leaving the children at a park and going home to drink more) NOT, of course it was not my fault and neither was it yours. You know and everyone here knows BPD blames everyone else. Even though DCFS mandated 2 safety plans, she seems to be smelling like a rose, probation, court supervision it doesn't matter nothing sticks, I call her "Teflon T$&@"!".
