Title: going stright to trial. Post by: bus boy on July 21, 2016, 08:55:38 PM The court order clearly states we have joint custody, clearly states I am to be kept in the loop of everything in s9's life. Ex is not complying, I text her on Tuesday, when is s9's day camp starting? She did not reply. S9 started day camp on Monday. The old bus boy would of sat back, took it and boiled inside. But the new bus boy goes to the town office with the court order, and is shown a copy of the registration form, I'm not down as the next of kin/ legal guardian/ person to contact in case of emergency. Her friend/ coworker is down as contact. My lawyer said the ex is going to be in trouble for that one, the judge is not going to like that move. So now I told my lawyer we are going to trial, and walking away from any kind of settlement.
