Can you share more about your adult child, have they received a diagnosis, or any treatment so far? It's hard as you say, how to move forward with our children when they do not wish to receive help. I have greatly benefited like many here from the tools and lessons to the right of the screen, take a look, it's taken me time to distil the wealth of excellent resources and support from everyone here to make positive small steps forward.
