Title: He came here to discard me again
Post by: UnforgivenII on August 02, 2016, 10:48:08 PM
He came. He told me he loves me and thinks of me. But he is scared as we would fight again so it is over. He did not want to touch me or even look at me.
I throw him out in the end telling him he never loved me. And that today for sure I will be with another man.

I hope that after humiliating me like this he is finally satisfied.
I am in hell. Unable to sleep, eat and move.
And by the way, it's all my fault.

Oh No, UnforgivenII. I'm really sorry. That is so painful.

Is there someone you can reach out to today? Go for a walk? Take a bike ride? I used to sit on a big rock by the river when I felt shattered.

You can get through this. We're here, and we care.

he is trying to shift all the blame to you imho

he says he loved you, this sooths his pain about not loving you enough

he sees the fights as an issue but dosnt offer a solution or help.

this is the start of painting you black, and trying to tell himself that he did all he could imho

this in my mind is what they do, he will now surround himself with people that support this view.

when me and the wife split up, i wished to hear all views despite how painful.

this is something they cannot do, their followers need to have total devotion or they are discarded.

this is the reason they enmesh so they are so important to their followers that the give them what they need

constant unequivocal validation

good luck
