Title: It pays to keep a journal. If you don't, start now. Post by: bus boy on August 20, 2016, 08:47:10 PM For a long time now I've kept a journal. I can go through her affidavit, my journal and find countless lies. Since the new settlement confrience order, back in November I've kept a very detailed journal. I was claiming denied access, she was claiming I'm not in s9's life. The judge said 9 months will tell who the lier is. I have been impeccable with my journal and following the court order. She has been devious, manuplateing, lies and now, using her BF to intimidate. I've posted the very bizarre episode I had yesterday. I have watched her behaviour very closely since the order and her BF's behaviour. I not only made notes, I told my T how I see things changing and how this is going to unfold and so far I'm bang on. I made it a point several times to ask my T during sessions to note my concerns. I told her things will start to escalate, she uses fear and intimidation. My T made dated notes of my concerns. I can go to court and say what my concerns were than and what is happening. My journal through out the years have repeated them selves many times. My T says my journals are very accurate that it would be humanly impossible to make up a story like mine and keep a lie so consistent year after year. I have been consistently consistent.

I didn't get to this extent but I would write down major disagreements and try to be equal about it. E.g., write down what blew her up and what was my role in that. I think it's a very good idea, especially for those still involved.
