Title: Hopeless Post by: lind67 on September 18, 2016, 09:26:50 AM Is it normal to feel so down and depress and feel like you are tired of living?
Title: Re: Hopeless Post by: foggydew on September 18, 2016, 10:20:00 AM I think most people have a short spell of feeling like that at some time. I certainly have had many over the course of my life.It isn't ok if it goes on for longer, or if it is very strong... .I think you just have to reach out to people and get some comfort, tell your doctor, write on here. Depression is a real illness and you have to take it seriously. The strains we are under dealing with difficult people makes it more likely that we too will have difficulties.
