Title: It's quiet now.

It's been 8ish weeks since I have officially departed from my Ex.
Things have been pretty good! I've been traveling a lot, trying to figure out what I want to do with all of this free time now to find fulfillment.

Don't get me wrong I have had my ups and downs very day to day but I no longer miss the person, I guess I just miss the presence... Every thing is just so much more quiet. I don't really have temptation to see how she's doing or really any interest in anything about her...
Any one have any tips for feeling more complete? 

Another concern
I am worried that my birthday is coming up and just hope she doesn't try and reach out, Which I don't think she will...

I don't really know what answer I'm looking for with this post but if anyone has any advice or can relate please let me know!

Imnotalone, good to hear you're feeling better about your situation!  Tips to begin feeling more "complete" will come from working on loving yourself.  It's normal to want to skip some of the steps we see to the right of the page here... .but working through them is essential to finding ourselves again after such mental and emotional turmoil.  At what number do you see yourself in your process? 
Time will be one of your biggest tools along the way... .just try to make each day a little better and be patient.  Also be compassionate to yourself if you feel you are slipping back a little as that is normal.  We look forward to hearing where you feel you are in detaching, maybe you can also share with us something new and creative you might be interested in introducing to you life.   |iiii
