Quick note, not having to hear from my son's mother in word or song has allowed me freedom from thinking about her and obsessing about what she's gonna do next. Everything settles and things go much better. Watched a couple videos this last weekend about BPD/npd and it really opened my eyes, I need complicated explained simply because I have no desire to be a psychologist. Anyway I hope everyone is doing well, at work, better start working :) |
