I often feel like Bugs Bunny in this one. In fact, I went through a similar experience just last night trying to calm down a fight between my wife and my son.

Why doesn't he just take it? He's preventing Bugs from giving him the egg that he says he wants!" Now I can appreciate that making sense just doesn't matter sometimes.
