Title: How to break up safely?
Post by: rubyrun on October 31, 2016, 02:24:16 AM
does anyone have suggestions on how to break up with BPD bf safely?

last wk we had a little argument and he punched into the glass mirror... .i was so scared and after few days i txt him to break up. He said: love me or i will destroy you... .

I dont know if anyone have any good way to leave a BPD partner through a relatively(i know) safe way... avoiding him from hurting himself or hurting me.

Hi rubyrun-

And welcome!

You posted a day and a half ago, and I'm just checking in to see how you are.  Are you currently in fear for your physical safety?  If so, safety first, there are lots of resources available, and then we can talk about how to detach emotionally.

Can you tell us some more of your story?
