I have printed the workbook and short ebook on ways to say things. I haven't had a chance to go through them yet, but once I do, I'll comment.

it looks okay. constructive/productive and in line with the methods we teach. it sort of got better as i read. the anger-regulation sentence seemed weird and i couldnt imagine using it. the put down sentence is good, as is all the information/explaining in between.

Yeah, the sentence does seem weird. I can imagine using it. I tried over the weekend, it didn't work as advertised. It was immediately spun back on me.

But, then again, I did actually do something to anger my x. Of course, that was weeks ago and she's still upset over it and uses it as the basis for all her anger.
