Hi kathu,

Welcome and hello  :)

Depression is hard, and many here have experienced it. Reaching out for support is a really good step that can help manage it, and make things better for yourself.

When you feel comfortable, can you tell us a little more about your situation? Are you a parent of a child who struggles with BPD?

LnL

Hi kathu ,

*welcome*

I'd like to join  C<||| livednlearned and welcome you. I'm an introvert with anxiety and depression. I'm glad to meet you. I'd like to echo livednlearned, depression is hard, some days it can be hard to function. How is old is your child? How many kids do you have? Do you have help from your partner or family? It helps to talk.
