To the right of this page you will find some lessons and tools that are very useful when dealing with a person with BPD (pwBPD). I personally found that reading others stories and the suggestions within those posts to be very helpful in understanding a lot about the situation. It also let me know that I was not alone! You seem to state that your daughter has BPD as if she has been diagnosed... .is that correct? Have you sought a therapist to help YOU deal with YOU and your wellbeing through this process? Many of us here have found a competent T to be worth their weight in gold! Sharing was very therapeutic in my process as well. I learned the more I shared, the more I got in return. Let us know some more specifics about your situation, the more we know the more input we can give! Also, if there are bullet points or questions you have, feel free to start new threads just on those. We are here |
