We understand. You will find that many here either have or are going through similar circumstances as yourself... .you are not alone. I found sharing to be very therapeutic, do you feel you could share some more detail about your situation? That could give others a chance for some specific feedback. How old is your daughter? Has she been in therapy? Diagnosed? Also, if you will take a look to the right of this page you will find tools and lessons that you may find very helpful in your process.
