Title: My mother is angry with me. Post by: Island10 on November 29, 2016, 02:01:14 PM My mother had a melt down and was placed in a psych hospital for 14 days and is now extremely angry with me. She is changing her trust to exclude me and the attorney thinks she is quite sane. She is 93 and thinks she is still a teenager capable of handling all her affairs. She is being taken advantage of by the attorney and her pastor who is taking her money. Help.

So sorry you're having to deal with these issues, an aging parent can be difficult, add in a PD and it can seem impossible at times. It seems your ultimate question here might be a legal question... .correct? Like how do you get control of her and her finances and away from this attorney and pastor? If so you may want to post your story on the Family Law board.
