Title: My ex moves soo slow Post by: rarsweet on December 08, 2016, 05:23:31 AM The other day I had a customer of mine(who sees my ex alot at another store) say that my ex moves soo slow. Everything from pumping gas to brushing teeth I have noticed this. When you watch him it's almost like he is walking through water. I have had other people point this out to me, but the customer who sees him just pumping gas noticed it too. Or he will start to do something as simple as walk to the bathroom in a store and pause for a minute and then start walking again. Back when we were together I would notice he would start speaking, mumble, lower voice, to where you couldn't hear him, start leaving out words, and then just stop in the middle of a sentence. This happened sometimes to where he would just turn and walk away in the middle of a sentence. Now that we are apart I have people coming to me and saying he is drunk or on drugs. But they are just describing what I noticed all along, and he wasn't on anything. What is this?

He would probably need a neurological evaluation to find out. It could be related to a car or sports injury he may have had during his lifetime, or he could have some neurological condition. Several situations are possible. The BPD behaviors and the slow movements may or may not be related in any way. The speech pattern could be related to states of anxiety or stress. There are several possibilities, but only a medical professional could diagnosis it. You might find the articles at the links below interesting. If you drill down into the first article, there is mention that veterans who have had head trauma, are more apt to exhibit BPD behavior. The 2nd article relates to possible causes of movement disorders. www.sicotests.com/psyarticle.asp?id=449 www.neurosymptoms.org/#/movement-disorders/4533053142 |
