Made you feel like everything just may be ok?

For me, my journey came in pieces and no one piece was an ah ha moment. No light bulbs per sa, just little understandings that kept me on my way. Sure, some have those :light: moments, but I think the majority is a construction of understanding and processing... .

Just wondering if something someone found on here was comforting to them

Also, if you will note the tools and lessons on the right margin of this page... .they are your guide in helping vastly improve your situation. Most of us here understand we cannot change our person with BPD, but we can change how we react to and communicate with them.
