I am new to this so bear with me.  My husband has all the symptoms of BPD and we are so close to being separated.  I am trying to understand this disorder & work with him because we have 2 children involved.  I need help to know what to do.

Welcome Farmgirl40

I'm sorry to hear that your husband has BPD traits.  I'm glad to hear that you are trying to understand the disorder and work with him.  Is he willing to go to counseling with you?

What can make a difference is how you interact with him and react to him.  Whether he goes to counseling or not, the only thing you can control is yourself.  There are a lot of good workshops here and communication skills that can be helpful.

The article below is a good place to start.
