Title: on and off periods
Post by: pushingforward on January 03, 2017, 05:58:25 PM
Been years with an on and off pattern of communication. We said it was over about a year or so ago. She came back via facebook. The time apart gave me a chance to appreciate her fun side and if only I can get through the frusterating moments the fun will come back. But why is it so hard. This is mostly (I'm  not perfect) due to her medical condition after all and not of her free will. ?

Hi pushingforward,

I'm sorry to hear that. Is she telling you that she's acting a certain not from her own accord but because she a personality disorder? Is she diagnosed with BPD?

No. She does not use her diagnosis of BPD  as a reason for her behavior. Never did. Seems like the honeymoon has started again with her. See how things go. I'm not as naive though. And better prepared I hope this time.

Hi pushingforward,

Can you explain to us what you find hard?
